"The business of Architecture is complicated. The artistic nature of the business makes Architecture much less predictable than commodities. Consequently, the only way to survive and thrive is to expect the best from yourself and surround yourself with others who feel the same way."

Born in New York City, Ms. Lin spent her youth in Taipei, Taiwan.  She moved to the US permanently in the mid-80s.  In 1993, Ms. Lin received a dual BA degree in International Relations and Economics from Boston University.  She relocated with her husband to Dallas, TX in 1996 and began working for CaCo Architecture, LLC.

While working full time at CaCo Architecture, LLC, Ms. Lin returned to her dream of pursuing a Masters Degree in Business Administration.  She received her MBA from Southern Methodist University in 2001, after the birth of her first child. As Associate Principal of CaCo Architecture, LLC, Ms. Lin is part of the Leadership Team responsible for the firms business development and operational management. 

Ms. Lin is multi-lingual and speaks Mandarin, English and several Chinese dialects fluently.
